First Personalized Hypnosis Session
During the first appointment we build the foundation of our work together through conversation.
During that time (60-90 min), we will discuss:
- What brought you to hypnosis
- What you’d like to change, explore, or understand
- What you’ve already tried
- What you’d like to experience instead
- What success would look like for you
- Any themes, memories, beliefs, or patterns that may be relevant to your goal
This conversation gives me the foundation I need to create a personalized hypnosis session designed specifically around you and what you’d like to accomplish.
One hour of personalized hypnosis will occur on your second appointment.
Hypnosis isn’t necessarily something you need indefinitely.
Some people find that a single session gives them what they were looking for, while others benefit from returning to reinforce a change, explore something new, or work through another layer. There is no required number of sessions—you get to decide what feels useful for you.

Individual Hypnosis Sessions

Approximately 1 hour
Individual sessions are designed to build upon the work we’ve already begun.
As you experience changes, we’ll look at what is shifting, what still feels unresolved, and what you’d like to strengthen or continue working with. Each session is prepared specifically for you and builds from where you are now.
Session Packages
Session packages are ideal when you know you want to commit to the process.
Some changes unfold gradually, and some goals benefit from having space to revisit, reinforce, and build upon the work we’ve started. Session packages offer a simple way to commit to continued exploration while giving you the flexibility to use your sessions when they feel right for you.
Your sessions never expire. If life takes you in another direction, you can save them for later or transfer unused sessions to a family member or friend.
3 Sessions : $250

7 Sessions: $525
Each hypnosis session is approximately 1 hour.
Past Life Regression
Price: $333
Up to 4 hours of conversation and discussion and 2 hours of hypnosis, completed over several sessions
Past life regression is a form of hypnosis that focuses on experiencing “past lives” to gain understanding about current life experiences.
This is a comprehensive hypnosis package for those who are ready to dive deep. This work occurs over several sessions and begins with a detailed questionnaire and an in-depth conversation about your story, intentions, and the themes you’d like to explore.
From there, I’ll create an individualized hypnosis experience designed around what we’ve discovered together.
